In another posting I have published the outcome of the Derbyshire case where a gamekeeper appealed against his conviction despite being caught red-handed. His arrogance in appealing in the first place, and the outrageous claims he made against the RSPB were seen for what they were by the Courts, and his appeal dismissed.
