Parked on Dole Lane then a party of 8 walked past Rake Brook Reservoir and onto Lower Roddlesworth Reservoir. We took a path to the right that ran alongside the Reservoir, and eventually to a track leading to the right and eventually Lower Roddlesworth farm, then Roddlesworth Lane. Right then left on a path on the left leading to the A675.
Decided to avoid going over the moor but went right down the main road then left up a track.
A Green Woodpecker was heard here, then it was seen perched on top of a telegraph pole but quite a distance away.
This track eventually took us to the top of Dole Lane then back to the cars.
