Parked at Crookfield Road, Tocholes then a party of three walked down The Witton Weavers Way to Lower Pasture Barn Farm and a stile. The return would be through a reedy field which didn't look good, so we continued on as far as Catherine Edge then retraced our steps.
The highlight of the evening was a Common Buzzard near Catherine Edge being mobbed by a flock of Lapwing that were nesting in the area and were flushed by the bird of prey flying overhead.
