COACH TRIP TO POTTERIC CARR NATURE RESERVE
We are now delighted to invite you to book your place onto our Spring coach trip to Potteric Carr Nature Reserve in Doncaster on Sunday 8th March 2026.
The coach will depart at 8am from Tesco car park on Liverpool Road in Penwortham (PR1 9XE).
The cost for Preston Society members will be £24 and the cost for non society members will be £27.

Cheques can be made to "The Preston Society" and handed to the treasurer.
Potteric Carr is run by the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust. Entrance to the reserve will cost £6 for adults and is free for under 18's. Entrance for Students/Disabled/Universal or Pension credit is £4.50.
The reserve has a visitor center, cafe, toilets, woodland trails, ponds and reed beds and is rich in flora and fauna. The reserve is famed for it's wetland birds including Bittern and Marsh Harrier.

Field Trips and Holidays
The Society normally runs a number of field trips during the year, including day trips to different reserves, some by coach and some with car sharing. Priority will be given to members but we welcome visitors if places allow.
