Field Trips and Holidays

The Society normally runs a number of field trips during the year, including day trips to different reserves, some by coach and some with car sharing. Priority will be given to members but we welcome visitors if places allow.
If you are interested and might like to become a member, please get in touch on [email protected]
or leave a message on 07565 497065 and we will come back to you.

Disclaimer

Anyone taking part in any of the group walks does so at their own risk. The group organisers are not held responsible for any accident, injury or loss occurring during any organised walk.
Participants in the walks are reminded that outdoor activities frequently need specialist equipment (boots, waterproofs, etc) the group does not provide this equipment. Participants are responsible for assessing their own risk, the safety of themselves and the suitability of your own equipment used along with the required fitness levels needed. Also ensure that you have sufficient food and drink for the day.

All details of each walk are on the sheet and we look forward to seeing you there. All the Sunday walks will start at 11am from the meeting point. The walks are organised for members so if you have friends who wish to come along please  enjoy one but it would be respectful for them to join the Society to continue through the season.
Whilst your safety and well-being are of great importance to the Society, you are ultimately responsible for your own safety and therefore take part at your own risk.
